Monarch Kitchen

Refined Contemporary Living

After installing skylights into the kitchen space, our clients wanted to replace the existing kitchen with something that was crisp and bright to keep the contemporary feel throughout their home.

The design of the space was limited with the existing heated-tiles staying in their place which meant keeping the original G-shape of the kitchen. The challenge was finding a creative solution to access all corners of the kitchen and gaining as much bench space as possible. Because of the customisation of our cabinetry, a corner pantry was key in this design. Keeping the microwave and toaster hidden away as well as having primary storage above.

The compact G shaped kitchen with one entrance way was able to have a spacious feel with bold, fresh white gloss cabinetry and white eyebrow handles to match. The wooden beam that we designed around is able to help cast your eye to the back of the room and directly to the contemporary, country-like splashback and the dark durable, Lapitec benchtop.
